利用規約

本規約は、MultiAI（以下「本サービス」）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。利用者は本規約に同意したうえで本サービスを利用するものとします。

第1条（適用）

本規約は、本サービスの利用に関する条件を定めるものです。

第2条（サービス内容・利用上限）

1. 本サービスは、複数のAI（人工知能）と同一のチャット内で会話できる機能を提供します。有料プランに加入した利用者は、定められた範囲で本機能を利用できます。

2. 利用上限は次のとおりです（運営上都合により変更することがあります。変更時はアプリ内またはウェブサイトで告知します）。

有料プラン：月あたりの送信メッセージ数に上限（目安：1,200通/月）があります。1つのチャットでAIに渡す会話履歴は直近の往復数に制限（目安：10往復＝30件）があります。
無料利用：課金前に利用できる送信メッセージ数に上限（目安：3通）があります。ログイン前（ゲスト）の無料枠は最大3通であり、ログイン後はログイン前の無料枠の残数およびチャット履歴等が引き継がれず、さらに最大3通の無料枠が提供されます。写真・ファイルの添付は有料プラン加入後のみ利用できます。

3. 上記のほか、月あたりの利用が一定数を超えた場合など、サービス運営上必要と判断したときは、利用制限を設けることがあります。

第3条（アカウント）

1. 本サービスは、無料テキストチャット（ゲスト）として一部機能を認証なしで利用できます。Paid planやアカウントに紐づく機能の利用には Sign in with Apple による認証が必要です。

2. 利用者は、アカウント情報の管理に責任を負うものとします。

第4条（有料プラン・料金・返金）

1. 本サービスには有料のサブスクリプションプランがあります。料金はアプリ内および App Store に表示される金額とします（税込）。

2. 課金・更新・解約は、Apple の App Store の仕様に従います。解約は App Store の設定から行ってください。

3. お支払いいただいた料金は、理由のいかんを問わず返金いたしません。返金の取扱いは Apple の App Store の規定に従う場合を除き、運営者による返金は行いません。

4. アカウント削除を行っても、App Store のサブスクリプションは自動で解約されません。解約は Apple ID のサブスクリプション設定から行ってください。

5. 本サービス側では、過度な利用または不正利用と判断した場合など、サービス運営上必要な範囲で利用制限を行うことがあります。

第5条（禁止事項）

利用者は、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

法令または公序良俗に反する利用
本サービスの運営・システムを妨害する行為
他の利用者または第三者に不利益を与える行為
本サービスで得た情報を無断で複製・転載・販売する行為
その他、本サービスが不適切と判断する行為

第6条（免責・AIの回答について）

1. 本サービスで表示されるAIの回答は、誤り・不正確・不適切な内容を含む場合があり、正確性・完全性を保証するものではありません。AIは間違えることがあります。

2. 重要な判断・意思決定は、必ずご自身の責任で行ってください。AIの回答に起因する損害（誤情報による損失、判断の誤り等を含みますがこれらに限りません）について、運営者は一切の責任を負いません。本サービスの利用により生じた損害についても、運営者は一切の責任を負いません（法令上認められる範囲を除く）。

第7条（サービスの変更・終了）

本サービスは、予告なく内容の変更・提供の終了を行う場合があります。

第8条（規約の変更）

本規約は、必要に応じて変更することがあります。変更後はアプリ内またはウェブサイトで告知し、利用の継続をもって同意したものとみなします。

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use set forth the conditions for using MultiAI (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to your use of the Service.

Article 2 (Service Content and Usage Limits)

1. The Service lets you converse with multiple AI assistants in a single chat. Subscribers to the paid plan may use this functionality within the defined limits.

2. Usage limits are as follows (we may change these; we will announce any change in the app or on our website).

Paid plan: There is a cap on the number of messages you can send per month (guideline: 1,200/month). The amount of conversation history sent to the AI in each chat is limited to recent exchanges (guideline: 10 round-trips = 30 messages).
Free use: There is a cap on messages you can send before subscribing (guideline: 3). The guest (login-before) free allowance is capped at 3 messages, and after you sign in, the remaining free allowance and chat history from before signing in are not carried over; instead, you receive a further free allowance of up to 3 messages. Photo and file attachments are available only after subscribing to the paid plan.

3. We may impose additional usage limits when monthly usage exceeds a certain level or when we deem it necessary for operation.

Article 3 (Account)

1. The Service allows some functionality as a guest/free text chat without Sign in with Apple. Paid plan and account-based features require authentication via Sign in with Apple.

2. You are responsible for managing your account information.

Article 4 (Paid Plan, Fees, Refunds)

1. The Service offers a paid subscription plan. Fees are as displayed in the app and on the App Store (including tax).

2. Billing, renewal, and cancellation follow Apple's App Store terms. Cancel via your App Store settings.

3. We do not refund payments for any reason. Refunds are handled only in accordance with Apple's App Store policies; we do not issue refunds ourselves.

4. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your App Store subscription. Please manage cancellation in your Apple ID subscription settings.

5. We may impose usage limits when we determine that use is excessive or improper, or when necessary for operation.

Article 5 (Prohibited Conduct)

You must not:

Use the Service in violation of law or public order and morals
Interfere with the operation or systems of the Service
Cause harm to other users or third parties
Copy, republish, or sell information obtained through the Service without permission
Engage in any other conduct we deem inappropriate

Article 6 (Disclaimer; AI Responses)

1. AI-generated responses shown in the Service may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content. We do not guarantee their accuracy or completeness. AI can make mistakes.

2. You are solely responsible for important decisions. We are not liable for any damage arising from AI responses (including but not limited to loss from incorrect information or errors in judgment) or from use of the Service, except as required by law.

Article 7 (Changes to or Discontinuation of the Service)

We may change or discontinue the Service without prior notice.

Article 8 (Changes to the Terms)

We may change these Terms as needed. Changes will be announced in the app or on our website; continued use constitutes acceptance.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over the operator's address in Article 9.
